Atonement

Without the atonement of Jesus Christ, there would be no real point to our lives. It is only through the use of the atonement that we have the ability and potential to make it back to live with our Heavenly Father once again. The atonement is not just to cleanse us of sin, it is also a healing power when we have been hurt or find ourselves lost. It should not be feared or looked upon with shame. We all NEED the atonement and literally cannot progress through Heavenly Fathers’ plan without use – daily use – of the healing and restoring power that is possesses. I have a strong testimony of the atonement and I know that when we turn to our Heavenly Father, He will always be there to guide us back into His presence again.
